Custom Panel
Remco can build you a custom soft start panel to start your three phase motors that either run off of a rotary phase converter or utility three phase at reduced motor current while retaining high torque. These cost-efficient controls require the motor to have 12 leads. Available range 15-125HP.
- Soft-starting a motor will reduce your KVA demand, lowering monthly utility charges
- Extends the life of the motor
- Inexpensive to purchase and easily maintained
- Completely factory prewired, ready-made with custom enclosures
- Connects directly to the motor
- State-of-the-art design and technology
- Up to 1200 Horsepower
- Custom enclosure with cooling fans or bypass controls
- Cannot be used with rotary converters
SSW06 Line
The SSW06 is WEG’s third generation Soft Starter line. The keypad, with dual display, has red LED digits which provide visibility and make programming easier. Integral bypass contacts eliminate heat dissipation once the motor is at full voltage, which makes it extremely compact and allows for simple integration into non-ventilated enclosures and replacement of electromechanical starters in Motor Control Centers.
